Distress slider - appearance bug?

I have a Survey123 survey with an integer field that is populated using a slider (appearance set to distress). the survey had been working OK, but now the appearance of the slider on the survey device has a large black box over the number. Is this there a way to reset this?

This is on an iOS device, correct? If so, we have an issue logged for this problem.

Yes. Its on an IPhone 5s.

How long has this been an issue? and, Is there a timeframe for a fix?

Thank you James, Do you happen to know if this version is available now and on all platforms? I'm not seeing a possible update in appstore yet

Yes, 2.3 should be available in all regions of the iOS app store - which region are you in?

US, west coast. seems odd. I tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling and it had the 2.3 update. Thanks very much for your help!
