I have modeled the survey after an online form that people typically fill out when they report these violations to a provincial authority. We are currently emailing the reports in but this leads to logistical issues (mostly pertaining to the report getting lost).</P><P></P><P>Therefore I was wondering if there was a way to somehow call on the responses from my survey and have them be input into the online form and submitted? Has anyone done something similar?
