We keep getting the Error 1003: Operation rolled back

We have looked at all the solutions posted to no avail.

Where are the issues in the xls table??

Hi Peter,

I tested your form and was able to submit data successfully. Can you provide more information? Is this working with ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal)? Is the error occurring on submission of new records or the editing of records?

James, I found one item that was causing a problem. There was a value set in the default column, once that was removed the app started to be able to submit.

Here is one question. Some of the problems seem to originate inside a “begin repeat” group. We were having to fill out each item within the “begin group” with a 0 or a 1 even if there were no values for the question.

Can you provide an example of the 0/1 issue? None of the questions inside a repeat are required, so you shouldn't be having difficulties in being forced to fill in values.
