Debug appear for surveys form

Dear Esri team,

When i publish survey for some forms Debug folder will add automatically to surveys folder can you please explain when this folder will add ? Please take a look for the attached picture, plus after publishing survey thumbnail picture will disappear.

Hi Rawand,

Can you please share a copy of your xlsx file so we can take a closer look, plus any files in the media folder you are using in your survey?

Hi Rawand,

I am still looking into this issue and will get back to you with an answer soon as to why you see a debug folder for some surveys and not others, after publishing surveys. The folder is being created and contains some .json files which are just for debugging purposes to see what is being sent to the feature service, so this shouldn't impact Connect or App in anyway or change anything in your survey. The folder can be deleted if you do not want to see it.
