I have a survey that i have made in Survey123 connect and published, it works fine in the desktop application as well as mobile applications of survey123 but the web form is raising an error message that says "Error: Initializing form..." and ends with 'message: Function "{}pulldata" does not exist.' the pulldata function works as expected in the field applications so im wondering what i need to do for it to work in the web form. I saw a post that said to ensure that my media csv files had proper headings and mine already do. what am i doing wrong?

The pulldata() function is supported in the Survey123 web app. I am sure we can find a way to make your survey work. It will be best for you to share the XLSForm and associated CSV file. Otherwise it is very difficult for anyone to help. If you do not feel like sharing the XLSForm and CSV in GeoNet, consider opening an Esri Technical Support case.
