Relationship class not found

Hi all,

I am getting this error when I want to publish my survey. Any idea how to prevent that?

Hi Alex,

Can you check what the name(s)/label(s) in the forwards and backwards direction of the relationship ? Survey123 currently expects the name of the relationship to be the same for both the forwards (parent) and backwards (child) perspective. This can be seen by looking at the what the relationship is called at each of the feature service layer/table endpoints (i.e., the /0 and /1 URLs).
