It appears that I can't set a default value when the appearance if "autocomplete" on a select_one question. Is this expected behaviour?

Hi Andrew,

This is a known issue in the autocomplete appearance - the value is present but not visible. We plan to correct this with the next release of Survey123.

If I am understanding the August 30th Survey123 blog post correct, that issue is fixed in the field app as of August 30th 2018. Can you confirm whether that issue been fixed in the current version of Survey123 Connect as well?

Hi Blythe,

The issue fixed in the Aug 30th update related to storing the value - the value is present, but not visible. The issue I mentioned being worked on is to make the value visible in the autocomplete box.
