    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having an issue with read only fields.&amp;nbsp;I have a select_one/read only field with a default value and when i create or edit a survey, I am able to edit that field. Is this expected behavior?
