topic How can I make a relationship class using Survey123 Data? in ArcGIS Survey123 Questions

I've created a layer for inspections using Survey123 as the layout of the questions (look and feel) is very important as well as the ability to use webhooks to send alerts with the reports attached.

I want to turn this into a relationship table with the assets themselves.

Ideally I would then have it so that when they click on the asset they want to do an inspection on it would auto populate the first few questions as a sense check for them.

Is this possible??
