Print Current Response Option Question

Can one modify the print out from the data table? The information is great but it prints out as one continuous column over several pages sort of wasting paper and making it hard to use as a inspection report.

My goal is to use this data print out in an inspection letter I can send to responsible persons to make them aware of the inspection and communicate any compliance requirements.

Hi there,

Currently there is no ability to customize the printout from the Survey123 website. You could generate a report by downloading the data and using the mail merge capabilities in Word or create a template form in ArcGIS Desktop that takes advantage of Data Driven Pages.

We are looking at providing making this more customizable in terms of printing as well as e-mailing the survey, though neither have a concrete timeline currently.
