Yet Another Side loading Basemaps in S123 Question

I feel like this is a new question, as there's lots and lots of posts on this topic. Back in the day, with iTunes, I could just drag a tpk over to the Survey 123 "App" and the tpk would be available to Survey123 when in a survey and selecting "Map Types". Fast forward a few versions of IoS, Itunes, and S123, I can no longer do that. Itunes lets me put the tpk in the app folder.

However, with iPhone Music, Messages & File Transfer for Mac & PC · iExplorer

I can do it:

Problem is, we're not allowed to use Iexplore....

Hi Thomas,

The tpk needs to be in the ArcGIS folder. As per Prepare basemaps for offline use—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS , the best practice is to first save the ArcGIS folder from the device, add the TPK, and then load the folder back in to update the device.
