The Survey123 sessions are always linked to the ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS. Which one did you use to connect to Survey123?</P><P>Select the item in ArcGIS Online (My Contents). In the Item's page, you should have the option to export. Go for exporting to CSV first.
