Survey123 Report - Location Question Problem

I'm having trouble creating a report that has a location question (map) in it.

The report cannot be generated and after a few minutes the following error message is received:

${EventLocation} is the point location question in the form.

When I delete the location question from the template, the report is generated successfully.

Any Ideas what can be the issue, and how to fix it?

Hi Guy,

As the error indicates, there is a maximum time (3 minutes/180 seconds) for the feature report service to generate the map before it is considered a 'failed' operation. Are you specifying a specific map and/or zoom scale?

No, I try the simplest way, just with the question ($), no

scale or zoom specifications.

What is the default basemap of your form? Is it an ArcGIS Online basemap or one that is custom to your organization?
