Survey123 - Having a issue when creating rules on a survey in the web app

Once created and saved, when you reopen the survey the set rules have disappeared. This happens whether the rules are within or separate from a grouped question.

I have been informed that this is a know fault within Survey123 web interface builder.

I'm getting this same problem, but it's sporatic. I also have another rule set for a "no" answer to go to the end of the survey, but it in fact goes to a different question. This is a serious problem - we can't use the survey if we can't trust the rules.
