Survey 123 submission url (request error)

While attempting to publish a form using Survey123 I am getting the error; "The custom feature service submission URL is not compatible with this survey (request error). A little background....

I am creating an inspection form that needs to autopopulate using an existing feature service. I've gone in and added the item id associated with this feature service and the parameters that I'm looking to auto populate. I've attached the spreadsheet below. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks.

The above is not a valid submission url. The format should be:

I know this post is from a while ago - but is it possible to pre-populate survey fields using a URL for a survey based on a custom feature service (the &field:globalid=123456 part&field:name=location1 part)? Without using collector or the survey123 app, I want to send custom survey urls to specific people to update specific objects in the feature service - ideally with some or all of the existing object information pre-populated.
