      <title>Survey123 Windows 7 "Unable to Connect"</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently update my Survey123 app on my Windows 7 laptop. When I open the application I get a pop up that says "Unable to connect. Position source access error". When I click "Ok", none of the buttons for the surveys I currently have downloaded will work. I can update and download new forms. But when i click on a survey nothing happens. I am using version 3.5.177.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
