Survey does not upload to AGOL with a tpk file

Hello,

I created a TPK file to be able to collect offline.

I am trying to upload my survey with my tpk file in media folder.

i just stay looping in this step

With the blue line completely blue.

I used Fiddler to see if any error happens during upload. Its been 3 days since it started. any idea why.?

If I upload this TPK is going to consume credits for hosting right?

Hi Diego,

How large is the TPK file? It may take a while, but it sounds more likely that the process generated an error that was not caught. I would doubt that any job begun prior to yesterday evening would be still continuing - ArcGIS Online had an update last night.

Sorry, I missed the image of Windows Explorer - 730 MB should have uploaded without error, depending on your internet connection.
