Im using survey 123 for traking of the sales force, and the sofware duplicate me the surveys, i need to know why this is happend and how can i fix it ??

Hi Andres. Some users have reported that surveys are duplicated when the field user closes the survey using the top-left button and then selects 'continue with this survey' to undo the action. This issue will be resolved in our mid-December update. We are not aware of any other circumstances where surveys are duplicated.

Perfect, it is strange i ask in the survey to take a photo and is mandatory, in the copy of the survey this pic is not there.

That is right. The duplicate feature should have never been created. We will address this shortly!
