Survey123 Record Issue

I have a feature class that gets populated with the answers to a survey123 questionnaire. I also have a view that joins between parcel table and the feature class. Here is the issue: When we try to select all records from the view it gives me the following error. (pic :view select error & DBMS_error). In addition, when I try selecting only some records, a few records do not get selected at all. (Pic: Records).

I am having few more issues with the view layer. The total number of records in the table changes when I sort the record in ascending or descending order. The number selected varies when I sort each field.

I am not sure what it going on ! please help.
