Pull Data from a CSV

I'm trying to pull data from a csv file that is populated with all the data I'd like to use in the survey. I've watched the video provided by Survey123 on utube. I created a survey and data just they way they had it and it still doesn't work. The problem with the video is that they don't even bother to show you the choices screen. My type of select_one name just errors and tells me that the list doesn't exist. If I add the names in the choice list then they populated, but that defeats the purpose of using a csv with all the data already set up. Any suggestions?

If you're populating from a select_one, the values need to be in the 'choices' sheet of the survey. What I think you're wanting to do is have the select_one values populate from a column in the csv file- is that correct? If so, that's an enhancement we are planning to include in Survey123.

James thats exactly what I was trying to do thanks. The demo made it seem like that was possible.
