FS is published to&amp;nbsp;our on premises&amp;nbsp;Enterprise portal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Workflow:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From Collector we pass along FS attributes to the survey through the URL popup so that relevant questions appear for the various types of inspections that are required based upon the FS attributes. The form opens and answers are filled out. upon submitting this error appears:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="" class="image-1 jive-image" height="662" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/433561_IMG_0085.png" width="496" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone come across this problem - is there something terribly wrong with this work flow or is there configuration that needs to be ironed out. can related records only be updated in survey123 through the inbox function?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;related tables; survey123‌&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you review your ArcGIS Server or DBMS logs to see what error occurred? &amp;nbsp;Possibly a bit more information may be provided by the Survey123 log file &lt;A href="http://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/get-answers/troubleshootgetanswers.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_C17E51184B704FB3ACFDFDC9F802393A"&gt;by enabling logging&lt;/A&gt; and attempting a submission. &amp;nbsp;I would also suggest opening an issue with Esri Support to troubleshoot this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
