HTML formatting issues in Survey123 Connect

Here is the xls form info:

${prevalencetest_sum} 3 - Prevalence Index is less than or equal to 3.01

and here is what it looks like in the Survey.

It is putting the underline as a strikethrough in the "N" and I think it's because of the 1 at the end.

I have two other lines like the one above and they work fine, but they don't have the at the end.

Any ideas on how to fix?
