    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I designed a form by XlsForm for an inspection activities in my organization and I tried to publish it through the Portal for ArcGIS account but I got an error code 500 (table not found). My survey contains a 5 repeat questions and I tried to publish it with and without repeat questions and it seems when I publish the with repeat Q the error appeared and when I published it without repeat Q the Survey published successfully!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please if anyone has a solution for my issue post it in the comments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Survey123 connect for ArcGIS 3.6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Portal for ArcGIS 10.6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My survey in the attachment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/460739_pastedImage_1.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Hossam,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see a few of your questions have periods (.) in the name column - these are not allowed and can cause issues in publishing a table. &amp;nbsp;Can you remove those and republish?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
