GeoPoint within a Repeat NOT Working

I have a form that contains a repeat which is a barcode scan of an asset containing a geopoint question to ensure that the asset was scanned at its proper location. We are using this to prove to regulators that our pipelines were inspected and the geopoint taken at each barcode scan shows the spatial locations of the scan.

When i try to upload data from a completed survey, i receive the following error:

Code 500

JSONArray[0] not found

Same thing as before the pi approximation fix.

I have attached the form for review.

Hi Gary, I was able to publish the survey and fill in responses with version 1.6 (the UC release) of Survey123.

I am using 1.6.11 for both connect and app. Publishing to Portal 10.4.1.

Any ideas why i would be getting the error?
