Get the following error when trying to change the Viewer permissions in Survey123 Web App

Hi Carl,

Have you created this survey from an existing feature service?

I'm wondering if there were already editor tracking fields present in the feature service prior to creating the survey. Names to look for are Creation Date, Creator, Last Edit Date, Editor. The following GeoNet thread references some of this...

Enable editing was checked, but not Keep track of created and updated features. Once I checked those and saved the settings, the fields were created and was able to save Viewer settings in Survey123 Web App.
