Hi all, I could not create a new survey. When I click to the create a new survey on survey 123 webpage, each time I tried "you have no access" appears. I tried to contact with the Esri help but it did not work. Please help me.

Hi Umut,

Are you still experiencing this issue? At the time of the error were you signed into the survey123 website with a user that has level 2 permissions? Can you please provide a screenshot of the error is still occurring.

I found this thread when I tried to make a survey using my account that I created for my MGIS program.

After I tried to link the account to my agol account, I got this message so looks like you need a paid subscription in order to create surveys.
