Hello,

Is there a way to format the surveys for an iPad? Or is there a way to format groups side by side instead of scrolling from top to bottom. Or, another way to ask, Is there a way to maximize the use of the screen real estate of an ipad for surveys.

Using the Survey123 App on iPads works the same as on iPhones. There is nothing different.

This is currently not possible. Please submit an enhancement on the ArcGIS Ideas site, ArcGIS Ideas

Please take a look at some of the appearance options to format survey questions. Especially the select_one and select_multiple questions. Some of these options may help you optimize the larger screens provided by iPads.
