I am having trouble on the "generate report" side of things. I am getting the following error:</P><P><IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/451709_pastedImage_1.png" /></P><P>I have tried removing repeats from my survey as well as using a custom report template as well as the sample template.
