Survey123 Publish Error

Survey 123 Publish error. When I try to publish my survey I get the following error message:

mkdir: path already exists: /home/ec2-user/libs/survey123-formConverter/efs/outputs/xls2xform/c784d0fc4e304d4298170bee3a38d781

Hi Laura,

Can you please provide more information? Are you publishing from Survey123 website using web designer, or from Survey123 Connect, and if so what version?

Are you using AGO or Portal? Also what version?

Does this happen with all surveys you try to publish, or just one? Can you share the survey xlsx form if you created it with Connect?

I am publishing from the Survey123 website using web designer. I have been able to successfully publish another survey using web designer. This is my second survey, and I am getting this error.

Hi Laura,

As we just rolled out an update in EAC for the Survey123 beta website, it includes a potential fix to this issue.

Can you please help try to see if this fix works for you?
