Survey123 2.3 - bug with integer on Android tablet

We're seeing issues with integer type columns on android tablets. the number pad appears you can enter the number but it stays red and doesn't respond when pressing ok, you have to click somewhere else on the page. We've tried on an android phone and we don't see the same issue.

What model(s) of tablet are experiencing this? Are you using the default keyboard or another? We've seen some issues with manufacturer-supplied on-screen keyboards (particularly Samsung) - installing the Google keyboard tends to provide proper entry.

Samsung Galaxy S2... OK installed the google keyboard and everything is working as usual.
