Extremely likely, somewhat likely... etc.). This question type defaults to text, so if you'd like this <A href="http://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/esricustomcolumns.htm#GUID-1176C96B-41CA-4607-8F19-86AC2E9A66E0">scale to be recorded as an integer</A> the bind::esri:fieldType can be set to esriFieldTypeInteger.</P><P></P><P>To clarify, are you requesting this kind of control in&nbsp;Survey123 Web (<A href="https://survey123.arcgis.com">https://survey123.arcgis.com</A>)?
