Currently, we are able to export the raw Survey123 data to Excel. This gives us the ability to analyze the data and produce charts and graphs that are manipulatable and transparent; you can go back to the data and see how the chart is being calculated. The "Analyze" tab produces excellent charts and graphs, but without the ability to connect the dots and see what records are producing the results.

Ultimately, if the intent is to share these charts with a client, they either need to be shared as a printout of the Analyze tab, or to be reproduced in a format that allows for further investigation - i.e, Excel. Neither of these is a great solution. I cannot investigate the charts in a printout, change their colors, labelling, etc., and to reproduce them directly from the exported data table is a time-intensive and frustrating process.

The Idea: add the ability to export the Analyze tab charts and graphs. ArcGIS relies on Python (not sure about the website), and there are already Python tools available to export charts and graphs to Excel (XlsxWriter). This seems like something for which I could write a custom tool, but it would be far more valuable as an addition to the core Survey123 functionality.

Don't forget to sort your data or you'll end up with a messy chart...

Finally, the chart. Try doing that for 50 charts and you'll find it's a big pain in the butt.

Take a look at ArcGIS for Excel. You can direct link it to the 123 service and set it all up in Excel once then sync to get new data.
