I encountered this situation while working on a survey a couple of weeks ago. I was working from home and my notebook had a small screen (13 inches). Due to this screen, Windows automatically scale my display at 150 %.&nbsp; And when I tried to create a new survey from a feature service, I didn't see the create button because of the scale of my display. At first, I thought it was some kind of bug and requested a ticket from our support team. I find that when I open Survey123 Connect it opens full screen size but like, JUST off center, splitting between both monitors.
