Hard code/set the Report Name format in the Survey123 Feature Report output dialogue box under Section 3 Output Setting for all users of the survey?

As it stands right now (the default), each time people have to print reports, they must manually input the format to match client standards which includes Project Identifiable data. I know you can add field names to the report name that will populate upon generation, however they will not remain from instance to instance. If anyone knows how to do this (or if it is possible) to set this field for all users, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @studebakers_Boulder ,

The Data page on the Survey123 website supports URL parameters to update all settings in the Report panel, you can check them by change any settings and observe the URL in the browser.

For example, you can use outputReportName: to define the Report name in the dialog, such as

https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys/<surveyId>/data?objectIds=1&report=outputReportName:hardCodeReportName

As long as the user opens the Data page via the URL provided by you, the Report name will be always the same.

Can this fulfill your workflow?

@ZhifangWang , Are these parameters available in the new Survey123 Report Page (the one for embedding)?

@ZhifangWang is it possible to put a conditional in that parameter, for example if a field may or may not be populated?
