You only can create a Geoshape feature drawing in the screen (with your finger or using a point device), but it would be a great inprovement to create the vertex of the geoshape registering the positions of the GPS (built-in or external) in the same way ArcGis Collector does.

That feature already exists. If you are using survey123 connect to create the form, enter method=vertex in the body::esri:style column.
