Enable Cancel Report Generation

For Survey123 Reports it would be great if we could cancel report generation tasks. I have run into an issue (I'm assuming because it is still early stages for this feature) where I will hit generate for a report and nothing happens for like 2 minutes. So i hit it again. Fast forward to about 1 hr later and my task queue is clogged up for an hour or so trying to generate these reports i clicked multiple times that ultimately fail.

Canceling a report task has been supported since the July 2022 update in Survey123:

ENH-000140382 Include an option in the Survey123 Report user interface to cancel an ongoing feature report export job.
