Add a pop-up definition/description feature for Survey123

It would be fantastic to have a pop-up definition feature for terms within Survey123 questions and multiple choice answers. The pop-up would contain the definition/description of the term or answer. This would help less-experienced users better understand the question and their answer options, which would then lead to more accurate data collection.

For example, if I asked the question "What type of foundation does the structure have?", I would like the user to be able to hover over the word "foundation" and have a pop-up tell them the definition of "foundation".

I use images for this.

For select multiple

And for just info I use a note in a group to save space. As the crew learns they use it less.

There is also the new guidance hints but I think it is still beta.
