Survey123- Allow 'Viewer' User Type to Export Data

When S123 results are shared as view only (viewers can only see the results of the survey) and a user type is a 'Viewer' they do not have the ability to export data in the provided data tab. This is a nonsensical error since users are simply exporting a CSV by direct download and data/items are not being created. Please revise the privileges for exporting data on "View Only" survey results.

We just ran into this today too. I wonder why the checkbox is even there if it doesn't allow anyone anything?

Our organization would like Viewers to be able to export the results from a Survey. There are project members who would not have a Creator user type. But they would still want to have access to the data submitted to the survey.

Having to ask a colleague to export the data for them adds even more work. Updating the Survey123 website to allow Viewers to export data is in line with what data viewers do.
