Dashboard only creates maps based on spatial layers. Just publish your Excel table as a non-spatial hosted feature layer (<A href="https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/publish-features.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_B0B6C2CB193943408B60B25354B6F219" target="_blank">Publish hosted feature layers—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation</A>) and start creating.
