My storymap post cannot be loaded

Hi, I created a storymap using ESRI's web storymap builder about a year ago. I went back to the page for research purpose, but got this message once I tried to open it:

Has anyone encountered a similar issue before? If so, how can I fix this?

Hi Won Gi Jung‌,

Check out the blog "The story builder can't be loaded." I can see my story map in my content, but I cannot access it to edit. It has some steps to record around last known operation/workflow prior to the error occurring, before lodging a ticket with support. Did you try to hit the story URL directly and is the Story still listed under my stories?
