My self gunjan kumari and I am newly join this website for school project as a student but I faced some issue like when I created our story then my storymap home page doesn't open so I want to you solve my problem right now

@GunjankumariGunjankumari - I'm sorry you experienced this problem.

Could you please clarify whether you were working on storymaps.arcgis.com or storymaps.com?

On ArcGIS StoryMaps, I am not able to reproduce the issue you describe, and we are not aware of any system outages in the last 72 hours that would have caused this.

One thing that might have happened is this: if you create a story and leave the builder without making any changes, the story will be automatically deleted. This is to prevent you from accumulating empty stories in your account that you may have made by mistake. Could this be the situation you ran into?

Hello actually I start working on ArcGIS storymap.com after singh in but any time when I open the storymap home doesn't work
