ArcGIS Online map and map tour not showing in the StoryMap

Hello! I'm reviewing the story map I made several months ago. I did not change anything and all materials are public. The first several ArcGIS Online maps work well, but in the next few sections, both the ArcGIS Online map and map tours do not show on my computer. I asked some of my friends to try it on their computers, but they still do not appear. It only works well on my phone. Anyone with such issues or any solutions?

Hello,
We are having same issues, two story maps got services updated and one had no change at all and maps are not displaying anymore. It is the same whether editing story (button for »Place Map« in edit motion is greyed out) or previewing or viewing story maps. It doesn't work in chrome or edge, in Firefox works only for a short time after refreshing site, and then maps disappear again. It seems the same issue happened last year after an update – there was a forum topic: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-storymaps-questions/web-maps-not-displaying-in-storymaps/m-p/1186756/highlight/true#M3287
Any solution?

It seems like only the connection from ArcGIS StoryMap is not loading. I tried to insert the same web map to ArcGIS Dashboard and it seems to work just fine.

I was working around the time the scheduled update started when I first had this issue. Right now, certain maps still display just fine, but when I tried to edit Map Appearance, layer list pops up but the map frame is grey.

And one more question I have:

I'm going to submit my story map to the ESRI Storymap competition, and the deadline is today. Will the issue affect the judging progress later? I believe that all of my online maps are public and they work well when I open them in ArcGIS Online.

@SIHAN -- This will not affect the judging of your storytelling contest entry. We just posted a message that we plan to fix this issue in a patch on Monday. UPDATE: Issue with some maps not loading - Esri Community
