topic GIF image in ArcGIS StoryMaps Questions

When I upload a GIF image in ArcGIS StoryMaps, it upload but it isn't displayed in motion as if it were a video. Would anyone know what the solution might be? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Marta_Perez ,

Firstly, I would make sure your media is saved locally and getting added as a .gif image. If it no longer has the .gif naming convention, it is likely no longer saved as a GIF. Out of curiosity, where in the story are you uploading this image (add image, within an immersive slide)? Have you tried adding it in different parts of the story with different results?

Feel free to send your media in this thread and I will try to add it on my end so we can compare behavior!
