I clicked on the little gear at the bottom of the page to get this menu. Under "Place description" I've chosen the Website field from my layer. But, it shows up as text not a link. Is there an easy way to make it a link?

Map tours driven from a feature service don't support links or other formatting at this time. If you'd like to see this in the future please vote and comment on this idea: Render HTML from a feature service field used for ... - Esri Community
