Something went wrong with this map tour

I was working on an ArcGIS Story Map for a final project and saving it and previewing it along the way. I then began editing a timeline below it and during that time my Story Map no longer worked; instead displaying the message "Something went wrong with this map tour" and prompting me to delete it (I did not). The public view error is "Hmmm...we can't seem to find that content. Please try again later." Is there any way to fix this problem or at least restore the descriptions I wrote (I only saved them in the Story Map)? Please help 🙂

I called earlier and they told me they could not help me with anything but installation because I'm a student using an institutional subscription.
