Storymap changes missing

Hi all- I've been working on a storymap for a few weeks and made quite a few updates in the last couple days. I just went online to review one last time before publishing and... everything I did this week is gone. Help! Is there any way to get that info back? (I added a map, and several text boxes with analyses)

@HeidiHinshaw -- I'm very sorry that has happened. We aren't aware of any data loss issues that sound like this, and unfortunately we can't really help with this type of question here on the forums. The best way to get help with this would be to please contact Esri Technical Support and they can work with you to troubleshoot.

Hi Owen- Thanks for your response. I went back to https://www.arcgis.com/index.html and "configured" my map, and then IT UPDATED to include all of my changes. I add this info here in case anyone else has this issue.
