Sidecar Layer Issues

Hi everyone,

I'm enjoying the new story maps so far but have noticed some new issues after the August update.

I've got several sidecar sections that use the same map and transition between layers. The new issues are:

1. Pop-ups with charts won't display the chart, just an empty space where it would be:

2. When transitioning to a polygon layer, transparency settings are lost.

These issues weren't present until the latest update. Any ideas?

Hi Josh -- We are aware of these two issues, and I'm sorry they are impacting your story (which is looking great, by the way!). We plan to address them in the next update, which is currently scheduled for the end of next month.
