Allow experience builder embed for small screens

I have built this story map for our City's Veterans.

If you scroll to the "Veterans Gravesites" section, you will see that there is a gravesite dashboard.

I created a mobile/small screen version of this dashboard using this ESRI blog's instructions so that users could view this story map's embedded map content in a small-screen-friendly view. Here is the experience: https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/6ede3b3e667647e5949fa4d5b13e63b5

If you change the size of the window, you will see the difference between the large screen and small screen views.

However, when I configure embedded content (in this case, a dashboard) in ArcGIS Story Maps, there is only an option to display a card or an image for small screens. It'd be great to incorporate our work from Experience Builder into Story Maps, as we have other use cases for this workflow in our organization.

@KatieSteele -- We are looking into this for a future release, but we don't have a timeline on when it might be available at this time.

An option to show the "live" embed on small screens was added in Jan 2023.
