Select mapcontent that is published in a group layer (sidecar)

I want to use map content that is published in a group layer with arcgis server. If i put this content in a webmap and i want to use it in in a sidecar, i am not able to open the individual layers in the group. I can only see and click on the group, but want to switch of and on the individual layers. Now I need to put all the individual layers in the webmap to use it.

This issue is also present for groups of layers created in the new Map Viewer. At the moment, these groups only show up as one item, and you can't see or turn on/off individual layers inside groups.

Has this been logged as a bug? This is still an issue with the new map viewer and grouped layers
