ArcGIS StoryMaps or Collections "Welcome" Splash screen

Staff building story maps and collections wish there was navigation tool hints splash screen. For some reason the use of the home icon with 4 squares isn't terribly intuitive for people as a home button and users are getting confused on how to navigate a collection or story map.

So the request is for essentially a "Welcome" screen with navigation tool tips. The concept is similar to what's now available in dashboard, or experience builder where the designer can configure a screen when first opened so a user sees a popup window and can even select to never see it again... and maybe it's always available in the story map menu. Like a help button. And ideally it would already have the navigation tool tips built in so designers don't have to find screen shots of icons. Maybe there's just some space to add additional text.

Right now the creators are taking to the approach of creating a story map collection on how to navigate the story map - and I think a welcome/introduction/help splash screen would easily simplify this request.

We also have to include a 'how to navigate' section on our collections and make sure to include the four squares as our users don't find it intuitive.
